Addressing the first error reported here: https://app.shortcut.com/preset/story/68174/embedded-dashboards-throwing-console-errors

Add Polyfill for replaceChildren method in the prototype of Element, CharacterData and DocumentType in case the browser does not support it
Add conditional chaining so we avoid calling replaceChildren with null elements
Add Tests for the new Polyfill
Add jsdom test env in the jest config
