Customer Service Widget #6

Creates a Customer Service Widget that displays on all pages.

Create CustomerServiceWidget component
Add CustomerServiceWidget to Layout
Add CustomerServiceWidget styles
Add FontAwesome vendor scripts
Add FontAwesome fonts to static/fonts

TODO

[ ] Enable clicking to add active class to widget-detail
[ ] Close widget-detail on page loads (e.g. when making a search, clicking a trial name, etc.)
