As a PIF, Carlos Roqué led product management at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) which provides location-based intelligence in support of national security. As part of the Chief Technology Office, he helped start and develop the agency's product organization with a hands-on training, support, and standardized best practices. He also co-authored The NGA Software Way and worked with teams to deliver digital services.
Before PIF, Carlos began his career at Facebook within product analytics, support, and operations. He went on to co-found a medical device company expanding access to quality care, before joining a spatial computing company.
Carlos graduated from Princeton University where he also played football.
