Fix problems with phrasing and problem count #93

Rather than calculating the number of the problems that have non-zero scores for the stats count, count the number that have saved code. Also edited phrasing on assignment detail page to make that clear, and changed the names of the links on the admin page to specify what they actually do/take you to.
