Support other languages in webbook UI #229

The webbook UI uses the Karla typeface for titles and ToC. Karla appears to have a more limited character set (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Karla) than some other typefaces (like Lora for example) (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Lora). When users use characters that don't have a specified symbol included in the font kit in question, the browser goes through its font stack to introduce a suitable fallback, sometimes resorting to displaying the unicode character for a character in a visibly different typeface:

We should expand the scope of language & script support so as to alter the fonts in the webbook UI.

Karla was converted to a Variable font with 12 styles & now includes a more complete glyphset to support Western, Central, and South-Eastern European languages. See https://github.com/googlefonts/karla/blob/ea3a7783efad1b3620df03566affccd836fc00e6/FONTLOG.txt#L25-L27
