Dinamic print books #338

Feature Description

to have a QR code in the footer of each page with the print pdf version of a book

Feature Use Case

if we print a page, the users can later to find the online version of the page where they can see the videos or play the exercises without writing by hand the page URL

also, now, instead of multimedia content, we have the url of the dinamic content

why not a QR instead? or both, so people do not require to write the page url by hand.
