We are considering replacing TravisCI with GitHub actions for CI processes. We should create a GitHub workflow.yml template for plugins based on what we've learned from implementing CI builds in Malala/BISAC/Pressbooks and schedule short team meeting to teach the rest of team.

We are considering replacing TravisCI with GitHub actions for CI processes. We should create a GitHub workflow.yml template for plugins based on what we've learned from implementing CI builds in Malala/BISAC/Pressbooks and schedule short team meeting to teach the rest of team.
We will then begin applying this template whenever a plugin that currently uses Travis needs modification. See https://github.com/pressbooks/private/issues/466 for list/details.
