[Research] Allow users to search within the admin interface (with autocomplete)

Feature Description

Add a search input in the admin interface for Network Managers, Administrators and any another role. This autocomplete search action allows the user to search by typing some letters (typo could be allowed) to find any options available for its permissions and click easily to access to the related setting.

Examples (from Sentry Interface):

I downloaded locally a WP Plugin, which does similar job, but limitations are:

• It is not autocomplete, an enter is needed to search.
• It searches only in WP options, not those added by PB or another plugins.

For each search, a list of possible results should be displayed right below the input with the following information:

• Page/Section
• Description
• Bold in the result matching

Feature Use Case

This feature could by used for any PB user with any capabilities with admin access. Pressbooks contains a wide variety of settings, and a search will allow to the user to find those without browsing multiple menu and sub menu items.

For each search, a list of possible results should be displayed right below the input. For example if the book administrator types: "covre" or "cover", one item in the list would looks like:

• "Export > Cover Generator" (Page/Section)
• Using our cover generator, you can easily create a beautiful cover for your print book (Description) Each item on the list is a link to redirect to the user to the correct page.
