Change default Call to Action on webbook home pages #397

Feature Description

Request from a client: as a network manager, I would like to be able to change the default Call to Action on webbook home pages within my network. In particular, I would like to replace the "READ BOOK" text of the Call to Action with some other text. This change would be applied at the network level.

A more general feature idea for consideration: if there was a way to add custom CSS to a webbook home page directly in the Pressbooks platform, I would be interested in that possibility.

Feature Use Case

Greater customization of the appearance of webbook home pages within a network for network managers.

Received a similar request from a webinar participant, asking to be able to change the button to "View exhibition". The change here would only be applied at the book level.
