Currently, the Pressbooks Directory visibility option in wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pressbooks_sharingandprivacy_options is active by default for a newly created book. We would like the option for network managers to set the default for this option to false.

We want to avoid public books being published to the Pressbooks Directory by accident without the authors explicit opt-in.
