[x] Steel make complete list of desired changes (translate Plank Design to what we want devs to build/implement)
[x] Ricardo break down what changes will require component refactoring/SCSS changes
[x] Oscar provide recommendations about tailwind as framework for directory
[x] Begin work on applying style changes (see https://github.com/pressbooks/pressbooks-book-directory-fe/issues/200) do as much as we can
[x] Create tickets for future improvement (especially for mobile users)
