Description Textboxes are being displayed unformatted in the editor, even though they appear formatted correctly in the chapter.

Since upgrading to the latest version of McLuhan, new textboxes are not appearing formatted in the editor as they have previously. Textboxes made before the upgrade still appear formatted, it's only the new textboxes that seem to be changed.

Steps to Reproduce Add a new textbox after upgrading to the latest version. Confirm that even though it doesn't show formatting in the TinyMCE, it does format correctly in the final book. Expected behavior: Formatting should appear in both places, as it has in the past.

Actual behavior: isn't working.

I don't know if this is the same problem, or just a very similar related problem. In another book, which is a cloned version of Rebus' Making Textbooks with Students, some of the textboxes there are showing up as plain text in the actual book, but not showing up marked up in the editor. (see screenshots).

This is the exact opposite of the original bug report.
