Running content doesn't display when tables are set to landscape #582

Description

Page numbers, headers, and footers don't display on pages in a PDF export where a table has a landscape class applied.

Occurs in all tested themes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place a table in a chapter
  2. Select the table in the visual editor and open the Table Properties menu
  3. Set the class to "Standard Landscape" or any other landscape class
  4. Click OK and save the chapter
  5. Export the file to PDF

Expected behavior: All pages in PDF format have running content as set in the theme options

Actual behavior: Pages with landscape tables do not have any running content
