Feature: Add footer widget area for individual books which differs from network footer widget #782

Feature Description

To have a widget area in the footer of the book

Feature Use Case

Authors can personalise the footer for they specifical situation. Now, all the footers are the same, but to have the global footer and the book footer will allow a personalisation of the book.

This was also recently requested by a network manager (link for PB Support staff). They would like to be able to add a link to a feedback form for a particular book. Instead of receiving lots of comments via the the Contact Us form, they would rather have it submitted via a feedback form associated directly with that book. Having it on the footer would bring it reader’s attention as they discover errors, etc.
