When this plugin is active and a new book is created or cloned, that book should automatically be assigned to the same institution that the user who created/cloned the book is associated with. If the user is associated with 'Utopia College', the book should be owned by 'Utopia College'. If the user is 'Unassigned', the book should be unassigned.
