Build Figma mockups for Institutional Manager book list & user list interfaces #9

We plan to create a new 'Institutional Manager' role. These institutional managers should see a version of the book list and user list shown to Network Managers which only includes those books and users which are assigned to their institution. We want Figma mockups for the following interfaces:

  1. The 'Book List' which should be displayed to Network Managers when Pressbooks Network Catalog is activated (existing interface with new filter tab + new 'institution' column'
  2. The 'Book List' which should be displayed to Insitutional Managers when Pressbooks Network Catalog is activated (new version of existing interface -- replace "There are 325 books on this network. They use 10.13 GB of storage." with something like "There are 29 books owned by INSTITUTION NAME. They use 1.01 GB of storage.).
  3. The 'Book List' which should be displayed to Institutional Managers when Pressbooks Network Catalog is not activated (new version of generic WP book list, but displaying only those books owned by their institution).
  4. The 'User List' which should be displayed to Network Managers when Pressbooks Network Catalog is activated (existing interface with new filter tab + new 'institution' column'
  5. The 'User List' which should be displayed to Institutional Managers when Pressbooks Network Catalog is activated (new version of existing interface -- replace "There are 162 users on this network." with something like "There are 21 users affiliated with INSTITUTION NAME").
  6. The 'User List' which should be displayed to Institutional Managers when Pressbooks Network Catalog is not activated (new version of generic WP user list, but displaying only those users affiliated with/assigned to their institution).

Several pages require updates with institutional data as a result of the consortial interface changes. These pages (dashboard, user list, book list, stats page) have been edited to reflect changes. Completing design changes now allows us to save time in development.
