Add new institutions to institutions list #3027

A forum user has requested we add the following Indiana-based institutions to the institutions list: https://github.com/pressbooks/pressbooks/blob/dev/symbionts/institutions/institutions.json

Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary Christian Theological Seminary Earlham College Concordia Theological Seminary Goshen College Grace College and Theological Seminary Oakland City University Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College Saint Mary’s College Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology

Saint Mary's College was already included in the institutions list. The others have been added via this PR: https://github.com/pressbooks/pressbooks/pull/3029

Tested and works as expected on integrations. Ready for release.
