Fixes bug from SA-CORE-2018-002 changes, updates CHANGELOG #117

This should also update the version in modules/system/system.module

Also, a proposal for the group: Would you consider bumping the version for the next release up to 6.43 (skipping 6.41 and 6.42) to match the vanilla D6LTS fork?

The only reason they diverged is because bugs were discovered after the last security release got some use in actual production, and we made some additional releases to fix those bugs, and that all happened before the PR to Pressflow was merged. See https://github.com/pressflow/6/pull/112

Anyway, I think it would make things easier for users (and me :-)) if the version numbers between the D6LTS fork of vanilla Drupal and Pressflow were the same!
