JetPack plugin comes with a mobile theme feature. When JetPack and Mobile Theme are both active and the mobile theme from JetPack is activated, Mobile Theme plugin should detect that theme and display it in the available themes. JetPack theme is called Minileven and its code is in the plugin folder.
