As a possible enhancement for a future version. It would be cool to have a way to collect metrics about the QMD nodes. Stuff like

of enqueues (successful/failed)
of dequeues (successful/failed)
exec duration
of executions (successful/failed)
etc...

Possibly implement this using the go-metric library.
