Consider Khaos #3

khaos.io is designed to marry project scaffolding configured via base github repos with the npm workflow. This fits the way we have been using turkey so far, hence we should look at/consider it.

I started looking into this tonight. Months since the last commit, many open issues (the last four not even responded to), six open pull requests, lead me to think that the project is not in great health.

Therefore my conclusion is that I don't think we should use this tool. Its worth noting that the gist/idea of the tool is useful I think. I would welcome a viable alternative or, were there more hours in the day, writing my own solution : )
