Reassurance module does not display the header on all pages #122

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Configure Customer Reassurance module
  2. Click on the Display tab
  3. Side menu Global settings
  4. Activate for Header Position and Footer Position

display the front end and you will not see any changes
