create camelCase versions of all built-in functions? #11

I don't know if this is actually worth doing, but it upsets me that DMN is supports function names with whitespace in them.

I understand wanting to make it easier for non-programmers, but I think the effect is to make it harder for everyone.

not going to do this (for now)... too against the grain of FEEL...
