Install process not working for windows 10 #1034

I'm simply trying to replace the title-screen and intro pic for pokemn gold & crystal (GBC ROMs)

Someone pointed me here and Ever since I've bee trying to install this to see if I could get it to change the title screen of the GBC ROMs.

I use a Windows 10 , & I've followed all the  steps here https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal/blob/master/INSTALL.md

Even cygwin for windows

Nothing worked

Is there not a place I can jst download the zip file for pokecrystal then un-archive(unZipp) and jst install it on my PC .. like majority of other programs do ?

Is there any other way I can get pokecrystal on my windows 10 PC?

Is there an installation file I could get ?
