I have created a docker file for ease of build on apple silicone Mac's

I have added a docker file that builds creates a docker image that uses the Debian build steps

currently the agbcc build and make is triggered manually next job is to automate so that one docker run command mounts the drive and runs

Should this PR be converted to a draft? I notice that there's a bunch of commented-out lines in Dockerfile.
