For example, DexEntry_4a0b is now BulbasaurDexEntry

Thanks for taking the time to label these! Although, can you please edit them to match the pokegold name format, and the Japanese Pokémon names as used in other files? For example:

ItemDescription_Master_Ball → MasterBallDesc
MoveDescription_Karate_Chop → KarateChopDescription
BulbasaurDexEntry → FushigidaneDexEntry

(If the Desc/Description inconsistency bothers you, pick either one.)
