Merge master->patch #81

Update patch with new changes from master. Builds a ROM matching one made before updating.

The build fails: make: *** No rule to make target 'build/hack/text/field_moves.inc', needed by 'build/engine/events/field_moves.o'. Stop.

We probably will not be continue the english translations in the main repo. Closing this as we could always do a fresh merge later on if we decide differently.
