Latest version of devkitARM supplies arm-none-eabi-gcc-10, which introduces some issues to pokeruby. This PR addresses the following:

Since gcc-10 drops the .comm directive, the COMMON section no longer exists, and is instead merged into .bss.
Fix some warnings newly raised by gcc-10
