JS indicator when vote is saved #11

When JavaScript is enabled, display a different indicator as votes are saved after every click automatically.

Closes #9.

Not sure if that matches the rest of pretalx. @rixx if you have a better idea/an example of some place in pretalx where with a similar indication, please let me know.
