Internally in the code it's not called "session", but "submission" type, that naming is preserved throughout the code. The name "session" is used for using facing parts like help messages.

What is a bit strange is that the selection for the session types looks different:
Therefore I've added some addition help text. Nonetheless there might be a better wording which is more consistent with other help texts.
