Nested view, inner routes, and smaller controllers. #96

Using UI router nested views, we are now able to route to any project tab (e.g. /projects/ployst/repos). I have also used this chance to break down the projects controller, and to move state definitions to the proper sections.

Seemed to fail twice, so reluctant to merge...

Something with the npm registry? Have you tried tox locally?
