Offer to generate invoice immediately for SEPA banktransfer

I don't have a test-account with banktransfer enabled - so YOLO it if it looks okay?

Also cleaned up the display of additional settings fields if banktransfer is not even selected.

Defaulting invoice_immediatly to False as with core-banktransfer.
