so far we found an workaround for the information of attendees below 18, we created sperated tickets for each age group. Then added Questions which belongs to these Tickets and which will be shown at the Check-In to inform your Volunteers at the Check-In.
For the Show Tickets we wanted to use the same workaround to track how many tickets are already handed out, but our attendees get only a single pdf or passbook file (Show Ticket is an Addon) and the QR Code only references to the original ticket and not to the included Addon -> question which is bound to the Show-Ticket is not shown at Check-In
we have an upcomming event (september 2019) where we would like to use pretix.
For our event we have some stuff that get handed out at the check-in counter (a badge in one of two version (over/under 18 years -> importend for the bar) and if the attendee had bought a seperat showticket (limited capacity)
This applys to about 6 different Ticket categories (tickets for children below 7 years(free)), tickets for teenagers (below 17 years) and full price tickets(17 years and above) and the same for tickets with a reduced price (soli-tickets). Therefore we have quite a lot possibilitys to handle at the check-in, right now it is only possible to have the pretixdroid app alert the team with the "special attention" dialog. It would be handy for us to show the required badge (depending of age which sadly doesn't correlate with our pricestructure) and if an add-on (in our case the show-ticket) is bought. In a perfect world this would be shown until the person at the check-in confirms the handout (like in issue #797 )
Because right now we use the special attention dialog for everybody below 18 to make sure that they get the below 18 badge. but this might confuse the volunteers at the check-in, when someone who realy needs special attention like an artist or some press people it's the same dialog is used, as when a person below 18 wants to check in
basicly we want to be able to show special informations to the check-in team on a per ticket basis
