Update Readme to reference Webform instead of YAMLForm

The YAMLForm project page now states that Webform is the successor, probably makes sense to update the documentation to point to webform. And, though they can be found elsewhere, it would be good to include some examples relevant to webform in the documentation, since my guess is that many people will be installing this module to deal with webform specifically.

Be careful with this as Webforms is a different module than that one we care about which is Webform.
