Take picture with webcam when wrong password is entered in Linux #385

I know you can take pictures with the webcam from the control panel allready, but what about adding the option to take a picture whenever someone enters the wrong password with "sudo", "gksu", when logging in or when the computer is locked?

See this post at Ask Ubuntu for inspiration. Works like a charm :)

I think it should not be limited to Linux, but be available for all platforms. E.g. when someone tries to unlock a phone with the wrong password, prey should send a report after the 3rd attempt.
