Notable changes:

lodash - had to change some functioncalls because of incompatibility with older _
mocha - the '--exit' behaviour is not the default, so had to make some changes so test running terminates after tests succeed
- most importantly the default configRefreshInterval is set to 0 now so we do not start timers (setInterval) by default
expect.js was replaced with expect
vars were changed to consts/lets with the IDE support
