Android OS booting problem in Oracle Virtualbox

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. android sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

Android OS should get run actually in virtualbox.
Instead of running I am getting error message "android sh: can't access tty; 
job control turned off"

I am using the version 
VirtualBox_-_Android-OS-2.6.29-x86_VDI-[VirtualBoxImages.com] on virtualbox 
which is running on windows XP operating system?

Please help to get running Android in Virtualbox on my PC
