screen flickering during viewport scrolling

Okay, after a couple times of research, here is what I found:

flickering in bubble packages is a common problem
after merging https://github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea/pull/95) the problem was drastically reduced
there is something called Model.HighPerformanceRendering but it requires a viewport to be on all screen mode
but more and more terminal emulators are becoming faster as described here https://github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea/issues/850 the problem strikes back
some implementation of synchronized output is under development so we have to wait: https://github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea/issues/850#issuecomment-1789283205
