Add problem to be solved to docs

The documentation sort of starts in the middle from a nerdy perspective (which of course I appreciate). For cloning a project to do new work, this makes sense. But from a user looking to add the plugin to their homebridge setup, the explanation of what the experience will be is lacking.

I'm up for writing about changing the names when that part is sorted.

Given that this request improves the readability of the documentation, I will complete this request and then resolve the couple of issues noted in the review. Thank you Allison for taking the time to help make this more understandable for others.
