This is a really good way to encourage players to tackle objectives since there's opportunity to repair and re-use. If the player wants a certain vehicle then they are incentivized to find it and either capture it or destroy it so it can be repaired.
Enemy wrecks should come with a few clauses:
Only be wrecked a single time, and if they are again destroyed they cannot be repaired. (if it's easy to do, a check whether the pilot is bot compared to player so that if it is disabled and captured a wreck won't still be made if it gets destroyed)
Wrecks expire after an hour to avoid cluttering up the map.
These could also have an RNG factor so there's some chance element meaning disabling and capturing the vehicle is still the best and most reliable course of action if available than just always relying on the wreck it outputs, and be announced globally to the server since it shouldn't be too common but also to tell players it's a thing that happens.
After a trial run this could also apply to enemy armor, but it's worth seeing how this fairs before extending to include land vehicles.
