Background image too short

The background texture we have is not extending to the bottom of the browser window

Includes: First two images are from my laptop 1536x864 the last on is from Mike's computer

We need to either set image to fill the browser window or tile it (as long as it links up seamlessly).

This is what happens, if it is not possible to use css repeat option. Typically image should have patter, what is possible to repeat. Alternative would be to scale image to fill 100% of the viewport, but that would also scale the background image pattern... In our case it is not possible to use background colour either, because the image pattern on bottom would then break... So I propose either change the background image so that there are enough solid colour areas on bottom and right side or create new patter, which is possible to repeat and have normal background colour.
