how to deal with the sequence with more than one variable domain, like scFv ?

Hi @sheljoy currently this is unfortunately not supported. We have an existing issue to track this here: https://github.com/prihoda/AbNumber/issues/7

I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on how it should work, I'm closing this as duplicate
