I went from Arch Linux to a Debian based distro, and could not find any repo that includes the .deb's from here, or any of those stenctils (I am used to these AUR packages). So I created a small debian repo containing the yet available stencils and the latest pencils .deb release version.
The stencils were packaged by myself, pencil-extras-stencil installs all of the stencils of the repo.
