Cannot add DC/AC Siren #17

Hello I can initiate the add process, saying slave and then, classes and after a while No Z-wave device found. I cannot see this device linked to app nor At Home but when go into Homey, settings, Z-wave and remove the device its a success when pressing the button back of siren. I have also tried to choose the only battery variant in app. /Per

A device should always be added, even if you have no app installed, the device should become a Generic Zwave device in your device list.

If this fails, than something might be wrong with the device. Try adding it with with the Homey/Zwave tab, instead of the Vision security Tab. If it then does include, provide me the Device type ID and Device ID, shown at the wrinch icon.

If it isnt added even then, something is wrong with homey, or with the device, not with the app.

When removing this device, I always says succes, even if it wasnt added in homey yet.

Hello Patrick, You removed #8. That problem is different compared to this problem with AC/DC-siren. The ZP3102EU problem again, all of the devices include fine together with your APP. But the only property that seems to work is the temperature. Type Id is 8194 and device Id is 92. Earlier I made exclusion and inclusion but still same result. All of these devices act the same. This problem has higher prio this #17. Now my house only use 2 fibaro Eye for motion detection. I will try to send you Pics on the Email. Best regards Per

You have me all confused, The topic I closed was about ZM1602, this topic is also about ac/dc siren. Now you talk about ZP3102, a motion sensor, which had nothing to do with issue #8 and also not with this issue?

I think I fixed the motion detection for ZP3102. (V1.4.8 soon in appstore) You say the motion detectors where added fine, with ID 92, This cant be, there is no Device ID 92 in my app.

Hello again About the ZM1602EU and inclusion. I added device, choosed your app (latest version) and AC/DC and the device was included as Generic/Basic Z-Wave device. On/Off works. :) I know there is a newer device ZM1602-5 but I have the older one: Dev ID: 111, Man Fact ID:265, Prod Type ID: 8201 and Prod ID: 2307. It would be nice to be able to use the app instead of as Basic device.

what did you do to get this inclusion? i have the same problem with my ZM1602EU. Tried many times but Homey doesn't see the device. Exclusion works fine. Tried the app and Zwave tab in Homey without any luck. (same problem as issue (#8) )

Hello It was long time ago I was lucky to get it work. Its still a Basic Zwave device but siren works (OnOff). In device, add, Vision -App. Tried both Sirens. I thing I got an error message at the end of inclusion but I got the device in :)
