Remove dub.sh domain redirects

📕 Description

Their certificate is invalid. In general it might be better to use direct links, but if you really want to have some tracking or whatever dub.sh is providing (their website isn't loading because of the certificate issue so I can't tell what they do 😂) maybe chose something with better credibility? 😬

While at it: Maybe replace Twitter with X?

oof - never encountered this myself so thanks for the heads up! originally was using it to track analytics for Primary so that I have a sense of where the community is coming from since obsidian doesn't really offer any but until I find a better one let's have direct links for now :) thanks for taking the time as always @miharekar !
