Enhancement: Put underline on cm-underline for compatibility reasons #86
Hi! The text-decoration: underline in Primary is set to .cm-hmd-internal-link. In vanilla Obsidian's theme, this is in .cm-underline, which is a child of .cm-hmd-internal-link. Having it on .cm-hmd-internal-link makes it harder to style the text-decoration with Supercharged Links, since the spans it insert will be a child of .cm-hmd-internal-link.
