License prohibits using this asset in any commercial game #107

Is there any way I could use this asset in commercial project? Because current license prohibits using this code in any commercial way.

The license is just fine for commercial games but not commercial assets:

You are free to use the CharacterController2D in any and all games that you make. You cannot sell the CharacterController2D directly or as part of a larger game asset.
