For Nez to work with MonoGame 3.8 it is required to use Nez.MG38.csproj instead of Nez.csproj.
I ran into this issue while following the instructions with a current version of MonoGame (3.8.x), so I think it makes sense to add this note so that other people don't run into the same issue.
