Add Multiple Languages Support #11

@brupadhyay Currently we have this excuser API in two languages English and Brazilian Portuguese. We need more language support like French German Spanish Italian etc.

Well my thought is to add french one, but many languages would still be left, I have to do a manual translation

Hello team. I'm from Colombia, so I'd like to translate the excuses that already exist and probably add some more in spanish if you agree.

Thank you. Just to clarify, Some of them are going to change a little bit in spanish in order to get the similar one used in Spanish.
