Update : Added BENGALI language support #27

@onlykingKD I have added the Bengali language support functionality. Here some key updates

  1. The language code is given 'ben' as ISO-693-2
  2. Added file name is 'Excuses_ben.js'
  3. Some changes also done in 'excuseRepository.js'
  4. The header will be 'language: ben'

Below is the sample request output Excuser 1 Excuser 2

Do check it out and let me know if any error occurs. Also if everything fine then let me know if you want to update the readme file by me.
